HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS
Oisa Ramen Pop-up was created in September 2014 by Moe Kuroki with an intention to share the taste of her home, Tonkostu ramen; the bowl full of porky white creamy silky soup with thin straight noodles.
Oisa Ramen has been invited to cook at various locations including private homes for ramen classes and birthday parties. Brassica Kitchen & Cafe, La Brassa, bisq, Mominomi, Snappy Ramen, Juliet, Martin’s Coffee Shop, and many other restaurants have kindly hosted Oisa Ramen pop-ups.
In January 2018, Oisa Ramen had found a permanent location and opened Oisa Ramen Slurp & Go. It is set to close end of 2020. However, stay tuned! Oisa Ramen will come back up again as pop ups hopefully early 2021!
Home is where the heart is.
