Four Weeks!

I can hardly believe it’s been 4 weeks now. I am so grateful for the staff I have. Day in and day out, we brave the unknown. Learning as we go, it is truly a pleasure to craft each and every dish for our guests. The support people have shown is tremendous. We are truly blessed and can’t wait to work out a few more things so that we can possibly open for dinner service as well.
